There was a bit of communication breakdown in my interactions. I told three different people that I wanted to have additional work done that was outside the claim. I described and explained what I wanted done. Ramona was the receptionist and young girl and Peter were numbers 2 and 3. I showed young girl the additional work I wanted done and told her I was going off the grid in two days and would not be available for much communication. She did not get the quote to me and so the work never got done. I also spoke with Peter about this on the phone and in person. Peter quickly got an estimate to me when I was picking the car up but then it would have cost me the cost of a rental car to do the work.
