Honestly the worst customer service I’ve had in a long time. Was told I’d be kept up to date with progress and was not. Was told my van would be ready in approx 3 weeks. Called after 3 week mark for update. Was lied to about progress by Jaylin. Called again a week later and was told Jaylin would call be back in a few minutes. Never received a call back. I had to call the next afternoon. Spoke with a guy who gave me accurate info. Called again a week and a half later and spoke with Emily who was super clear and helpful. Ended up being nearly 2 months in the shop. I was quoted 3 weeks and told I’d be getting updates. I received zero updates; I had to contact the shop to see what was going on. Highly recommend Jaylin gets more training in customer service.

the replaced headlight dose not work as well as missing hardware on replaced body panels they said my vehicle was calibrated but after 30 minutes of driving I received the headlight code and a TPM code

Peter was very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. The car was first returned to me with very poor quality repairs. Peter was apologetic and ultimately got the car repaired, however, it took over a month to fix something that was cosmetic.
