I felt well taken care of from the beginning. The process was seamless at drop-off and everyone was very communicative. I felt at ease and reassured that I was in good hands. Peter kept me updated with the progress. Repairs were completed ahead of schedule and Peter offered to wait for me at the end of the day to pick up my car. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The amount I needed to pay kept going up. When I picked up my vehicle my invoice was nearly $300 more than the estimate I had approved. Because of this I would not recommend Caliber or take my vehicle there again.
