I was completely upset that they put a bumper on my truck that was not from the dealer the color was not matching at all when they told me they were gonna order one from the dealer and that it was gonna come painted the color of my truck well they lied they left the same one on also scratched the tail gate door and told me my truck was done 😠 not happy at all

Very upset with the bumper it was damaged and they told me they ordered another one and they didn't put it on because they said it was damaged as well so they just gave to me like that I called Andrew several times all he told me was that I had to return the rental asap or I was gonna get additional charges so I stood with a damaged bumper wrong color and they scratched the back door bed

Once I made an appointment, the repair progressed excellently. The -1 point is due to the fact that it took me until the pandemic to have time to call during business hours to make an appointment. It would be nice to have a working online appointment system.
