Fixing my vehicle was caught up in the GM parts strike. Raul kept me posted on his on going efforts to get the part. There wasn't much he could do but I appreciated his communications.

Due to the GM parts strike there were problems getting replacement parts for my vehicle. Raul kept me informed and did all he could to track down replacements. Then finally Caliber Collision delivered the vehicle when illness prevented me from getting it.
