Did really well got my car back to what it use to be, but caliber did better, cause they have amazing customer service who are friendly and kind who are happy to help and welcome me with respect love that. This is our 3rd car repair here we love Caliber collision. They are professional they communicate well and let me Know the whole time what is going on with our repair. The only thing keeping it from being an 11 was to fill in the few rock chips on the bumper before painting the bumper. The 3-4 rock chips were not part of the accident per se, but filling those in before paint, and then pointing it out to the customer is one of those small things that make huge differences in customer satisfaction and loyalty.
