I am completely impressed about the service. My car getting hit was terribly stressful, and I worried the damage would never look as new again. I can say I’m so thrilled with the turnout. Better than new! The timing was fast, and the quality is honestly some of the best I’ve seen. This car was a very recent purchase, and I baby it. So I am ecstatic With how it looks. Darwin was very easy to work with, great at communicating what was going on, and made the entire situation feel like a simple task. I’m highly satisfied.

I am not an easy customer. Usaa recommended caliber collision. The rental car company, enterprise, and caliber work together hand and glove. Marcel, is the main person that helped me, Though the entire staff tried to make my damaged car experience into sunshine, lollipops and rainbows. I must say they did a pretty good job, not the flavour of lollipop I would have wanted but Hey can't have everything. All seriousness, were professional, efficient, Friendly and most of all Accommodating. They even bid other items that needed attention. Regardless if it's an insurance claim or you just want some work done I cannot recommend these people enough. Think you Marcel thank you stuff at calibre collision!
