Reps from both shops stayed in touch with me the entire time and made sure I had ways to contact them if I had any questions. They even transferred my car between shops to get the repair done more quickly and then transferred it back at no charge to make pickup easier for me.

Darwin at the Bountiful body shop was very attentive, courteous, answered all my questions, and showed me how to do the touch up by doing it. His advice was very valuable. Debbie their front office receptionist was very positive, and willing to help however she could. All the people I met there were very customer oriented and helped however they could. My experience was super positive and I'll be reccomending this body shop in the future.

It was a very simple repair that effected only one section of the car. Only one replacement part was required to complete the repairs. My husband explained that it would be a long shot trying to get a replacement part due to the global pandemic we are currently experiencing and the fact that it would have to come from an aftermarket company all the way in Russia. He suggested taking the damaged part to a fiberglass guy and having it repaired instead. This is what ultimately ended up happening and the repairs turned out beautifully but it would have been finished a month sooner if you would have just listened to him in the first place. I understand this was a difficult case with a lot of obnoxious circumstances. I know that dealing with insurance companies makes things difficult as well and I'm not blaming anyone, I'm simply upset about my windshield. I hope this was a learning experience for everyone.
