Darwin at the Bountiful location is an absolute gem. He goes the extra 10 miles to give you “friendly” and efficient help. Kept me informed every step of the repair. Explained everything in terms I could understand. Was patient and cheerful. This is the second time I’ve come back to him because he was sooo great the first time. He deserves whatever raise you can give him.

Perfect is the word that comes to mind first. Could not have asked for better service. Darwin was sooo helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. Kept me well informed and updated on the progress of the repair. I worked with him a few months ago and he was so very excellent to work with that I immediately thought of him and came back again for his efficiency. I could not give him higher marks. On a scale of 1-10 I would give him a 20! He deserves a pay increase as he definitely goes more than the extra mile.

I received updates while they were working on it, it was done a few days before the estimate that I was given and they cleaned the inside even though I had some stuff that was scattered around. It was real nice.
