I recently was able to have the best, enjoyable experience at Caliber when it came to my vehicle needing repairs. I had the perfect luck of being able to have Darwin as my estimator, and my go-to person throughout the process. Between Darwin and the front desk gal Debbie, they made everything go smooth and always answered any questions I may have had, and always were so kind and understanding with me. There is no “how satisfied were you” scale of how great Caliber was, and how exceptional Darwin is at his work, and going above and beyond. They not only took care of my car, but also me and making sure I had the least amount of stress and worry through the process. The level of customer service, and handling everything in such a professional manner is hard to find now. Not only that, the amount of time and repairs that shop put Into my car is just amazing. I received my car back looking brand new and beyond perfect. I would highly recommend Caliber, and most certainly highly recommend Darwin for anything you may need when it comes to your vehicle. They were all too amazing.
