When my truck repair was complete, I found additional damage to my truck that may have been connected to my original claim. My insurance company I've been with for 17 years wasn't listening to my explanation and said it's a separate claim. I felt I was being accused of a scam. The General Manager at Caliber Collision asked if everything was ok. I explained my frustration with my insurance company and he took the time to look at my vehicle and listened to my point of view. It made the stress I was having go away because I finally felt like I was being listened to. Regardless the outcome of the additional damage, I will certainly go to Caliber for any future auto repair needs.
