USAA recommended Caliber Collision after my car was stolen and later recovered. Fortunately the damage was minimal, just some scrapes and scratches. Other than smoking in my car, the interior was fine. Elijah at Caliber Collision was great! Helped me through the entire process and kept me informed throughout the time my car was in the shop. He even worked with my insurance when needed. My car was done in record time! It’s beautiful! It feels restored. The scratches are gone, the repairs to my rear passenger door and frame are seamless. you would never know the car was involved in a theft. I highly recommend the team at Caliber Collision!

Always professional, only thing I got the completion call at 5:40 and try to let them know I was on my way and could t get anyone. I know you close at 5:30 but the message said we are here until 6. Otherwise than that it was great and yes we runned like crazies to get there before 6

So very happy with the service. They communicated very well and got done before they said they would get done. The gal at the front desk was kind of cheerful when I walked in to bring in my car. They did an excellent job, the places they fixed look like brand new.
