I think it would have been better to assess the damage before I dropped the car off for the long run as it was still drivable. After they looked at it they realized I needed a complete fender. I was told they would use aftermarket as it was on back order by Ford When I said I wanted Ford parts and would pay extra, suddenly a Ford fender was available. We asked for specific receipt that it was indeed a Ford fender and we were not given that. This is more than a car to me. I want it 100% Ford Mustang.

The team was very responsive to our unfortunate accident. We had kids visiting from college for the holidays and we needed a drivers side rear view mirror installed ASAP so they could return to college for finals. Collision was able turn around our request in a couple days and even delivered right before holiday!
