The initial visit at Caliber was excellent. Your front office personnel are professional, polite and caring that my vehicle needed repair, I really appreciated that. I was out of town when my SUV was complete, thankful my friends were allowed to pay the deductible and collect it. So, long story longer, I have not seen the the finished product and I forgot to have my friends verify that the rear window retracted without disturbing the functionality of the rear camera. But, I will say if everything is as good as your front office personnel, I'm sure all is good.

I need to drive it more to really give a full review or opinion of how it drives since being repaired. So far good, the front end doesn't feel as solid and sturdy as it did before hitting the deer tho which is concerning me a bit...but again could just be it's been a few weeks and I've only driven it about 12 miles since picking it up.

My car is very important to me and when I was hit my insurance recommend Caliber collision. They got my car in the next day. Communicated all the way through. When I got my car back it looked brand new. The level of detail and expertise was superb. I was surprised at how well the paint matched, and how they detailed the inside. On top Jenn and Liz were wonderful, professional and explained everything. They understood that my car is a part of me and important for me to get around. I would recommend this shop to work on any car. They guarantee 💯 of their work for the life you own the car.

Fixed my car quickly, I was happy with the repairs. Didn’t even looked like I was in an accident. I especially greatly appreciated my car being cleaned too before pick up. It was such a nice touch! Also, great communication.

Paint was amazing. Some of the replaced things that were installed were not done so correctly. They did fix and replace them with no questions asked, but it did take some additional time to go back and get that stuff done.
