After picking up the vehicle and driving it a few days, we realized that the front facing camera no longer works. It was working when we dropped the car off at the shop. Aside from that, everything else is great. The work done was top notch and we have had zero other issues!

First time I dropped my car, I waited for my rental car for almost 1 hour. Then I told my car was fixed, when I picked up on my car, I found out that the gas indicator was still wrong, it doesn't show as fully filled even I filled two times. And you guys didn't even mention that, I had to go back to the office and asked why. Then I was told that they checked everything they could but nothing they can do, and they told me to go to my dealer. I had to call my insurance company to negotiate again. And they removed my backseat lantern cover without letting me know. Then eventually I had to take my car back. Then third time it's fixed. I feel I totally wasted a lot of time. And the office smells so strong some fragrance.

Caliber did a job that my partner who has a keen eye for color and imperfections was satisfied with and did not argue when he pointed out the issues with the paint job when we initially came to inspect it. They staff were professional and timely and keep us appraised during the repair process.

The original paint job needed some touch ups and our contact at Caliber took notes and photos to get the issues we pointed out as not being happy with corrected and addressed. Definitely happy with the finished product after the fixes were complete.
