I am so impressed with my experience at Caliber. They were very user-friendly and customer-centered. Kim at point of entry was so sympathetic to my situation, Brittany was quick in her assessment of my vehicle for an estimate, Chad who was assigned to my repair kept me updated and informed and finished ahead of schedule. The rental car relationship with the repair shop coordinated so smoothly! This shop took a lot of the frustration out of this interruption in life. The employees are friendly and courteous and the shop was clean and comfortable. So grateful!
