The whole process was a joke. Your customer service is the worst we have ever seen. We were lied to, lead on, and on top of that, had to wait over 2.5 months for a repair. (Even through we were told over a month ago it was almost done). Then to top it off, had to pay a super high deductible. Nobody knows what is going on at this shop. We are completely unsatisfied and don’t understand how a business can have such a horrible customer service.

I was told this would be a 7-10 day repair and it took 49 days. The communication from my rep and when I called the office for updates was poor if not terrible. I was promised a rep or manager would call me back multiple times and never received one. I will no longer be using Caliber and will not recommend Caliber to anyone that asks. My experience was a nightmare. My truck did get fixed, but the experience and customer service sub par. I was at the Cool Springs location just FYI. Thanks
