I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Caliber Collision in Brentwood, TN. They completed the repairs on my Tesla Model Y faster than I expected, and the finished work is absolutely flawless. Nate was my main point of contact, and he did an outstanding job keeping me informed throughout the entire repair process. He also worked directly with my insurance company to make sure all necessary repairs were covered. My insurance initially estimated the damage at around $800, but once the vehicle was disassembled and fully inspected, the actual cost exceeded $6,000 in parts and labor. Nate and the team handled the situation professionally and successfully negotiated with my insurance to get the repairs paid for. I was also extremely pleased that Caliber used OEM parts, even though my insurance company had originally quoted aftermarket parts. The quality of the repair, communication, professionalism, and attention to detail were all exceptional. I am beyond satisfied and would highly recommend Caliber Collision and Nate to anyone needing collision repair.
