First and foremost: KC and JORGE! KC and JORGE were able to accommodate me by squeezing in an inspection of the damage of my vehicle a whole week before my scheduled date. KC was so empathetic and kind on the phone and in person. Being personable is key to customer service--no matter how many times you hear the same type of accidents people have experienced. People need an ear to listen to them. Jorge was always so thorough and non-intimidating in all his explanations from day one and throughout the progress. He never rushed to explain things. Now, I also know the shop wasn't too busy at the moment, but please make sure you maintain this with all customers no matter how busy you get. We all know when we are being brushed off, so keep that in mind. Busy or not, be present and attentive and kind no matter how busy you get! Second: The work done on my car was exceptional! Goodness, it looks as good as new from inside out! Thank you for that detailed work. I believe the technician (sorry if I got his title incorrect) was MARCO (sorry if I'm wrong) FANTASTIC work!! I'm a happy and satisfied customer! The car is beautiful again! Third: Everyone was very CONSIDERATE about the need to get the job done as soon as possible (because I had to pay for my rental out of pocket) without compromising the EXCELLENT workmanship.
