Thus far I am totally satisfied with the work that was done. I do not know, yet, how well the work will age. I only rated a 9, because it was promised in a week, but delivered a little later, and because I called and found out. I come from a long history of Customer Service positions. So my advice is, if there’s going to be a delay, call the customer to tell them upfront, under promise and over deliver.

From the moment I walked in the door, I as warmly greeted by a friendly, polite, and professional receptionist. They gave me a same day appointment to come in and have my vehicle inspected. I had a quote to fix the damage within 20 minutes. My car was completed in less than 4 days. Caliber did a phenomenal job with the repairing of my car. My car looks brand new. This was a seamless experience from start to finish. I will recommend caliber in Bridgeville Delaware to all my family and friends. You’ve earned a lifetime customer in me.

The staff were great and very helpful. It took a long time to get parts...7 weeks but I would highly recommend them. I let a Walmart bag with shoes and stuff in it but haven't been back to pick them up. great job

Overall very happy with the repair. The paint matches the rest of the truck, all parts look aligned correctly, and nothing stands out that the truck had been repaired. I’m very detail oriented and I can definitely say I’m happy with the work that was done.

Good communication, and they were nice enough to get my EZ Pass out of the car so I could use it in my rental. I had forgotten to remove it.
