I appreciate their communication especially - they made it so easy to stay in touch and updated me throughout the whole process. Everyone I interacted with was helpful and kind. A liability email was sent to the wrong email address, lengthening how long it took for work to begin. Then when we picked car up upon completion, we had a flat tire. Not only did we have a flat tire, they allowed my wife to leave on a flat tire. Work looks great, the service that goes behind the work was terrible!!! Will not recommend.

Picked my car up first time they forgot to fix my front rim on driver side. Also I had no lights on my dashboard when I dropped car off and now I had hood latch light on. Had to bring car back to get hood latch and wheel fixed. They fixed wheel and put new latch on and the light is still on and they can’t do nothing bout it but it was not on before it went in shop and they never even notified me it came on while they had it

I appreciate the things they did the first visit besides forgetting the wheel and hood latch light other things to car was great. I had to keep calling them for updates they rarely reached out

Very dependable, updates were sent twice weekly if not once, car was very clean inside and out look like a brand new new car. Only downfall i can complain about is they had my car for 6.5 weeks & the check engine light was on when picked up. other wise everything was great.
