If I could give zero stars, I would. Caliber Collision does not deserve a single one. I brought my car in after a minor accident. They only fixed the visible, cosmetic damage. They ignored the mechanical issues completely. My car was not fixed properly, period. They rushed the job, cut corners, and still took thousands of dollars from the insurance company. This place focuses on getting paid, not on doing quality work or keeping customers safe. If you care about your vehicle, do not bring it here. You will get a half done repair and a lot of regret.

Customer service during the repair process was amazing. The lady that took care of us the day we picked up the car was friendly and explained everything. However, the phone call from an employee requesting that we fill out the survey a little ridiculous. Life is a bit chaotic for us at the moment. We did not appreciate a call requesting us to complete a survey.
