Everyone on the team that we came in contact with was friendly and helpful. Brandon kept in touch and made sure we knew step by step what was being done to get my car back to normal. My experience. Excellent from the first step into the building, Gayle the receptionist courteous, helpful, called to get my rental car, went out of her way to help me. Randy came out to my car went over the issue that was needed to fix my car, very concerned as to what they would need to do to make it look like nothing ever happened to it in the first place. I want to thank the team that fixed my car, I did not see the ones who put their time in and made it look like new again, thank all of you. Thank you Caliber.
