I chose caliber collision out of the many repair shops in the area. I am very particular about the paint on my truck and hand wash it with microfiber clothes in one direction to avoid swirl marks. When the repairs were completed on my truck I pointed out there were swirl marks in the areas that they repaired. The representative blamed it on me and how I washed my truck (even though that is the only spot with swirls). My wife tried to explain it to him as well and he basically hushed her. I would not recommend caliber collision to anyone and I would not take any vehicle to them!
