Very nice facility. Friendly employees. Very good at communicating what is going on and when things are expected to be fixed. My car looks great! They even vacuumed out the inside for me before returning it. Very pleased!

From beginning the repair of our vehicle until the end Caliber Collision kept us informed about the progress they made each day. Heather at the front desk was always pleasant and patient when I called to ask questions about the repair process. Airen worked in the shop to perform the actual repairs. He sent texts regularly to update how things were proceeding. He also spoke with me by phone. The final result was that our Subaru looked like new! A great job by all involved at Caliber! I would recommend them to anyone needing collision repairs.
