Aaron and his tech(s) did a really great job of keeping me informed and up to date on each step of the process. He also did a good job of confirming (and affirming) my choices. I felt reassured that everything was going to turn out great Then when I got the truck back, it looked fantastic. The work was done really well and with care like it was their own vehicle. This isn’t an ad or paid review. I’m just super stoked with the work and the interactions I had with the CC team.

I couldn’t be happier with how my truck turned out. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, and the quality of the work was excellent. After I brought my car to Brooklyn Park I was told that they did not work on hybrids at that location. I would have chosen someone else had I known that.

As near as I can tell, the repairs went well, and they even buffed out a paint scrape on my bumper.

I was in the dark for the whole repair process and was never informed of the estimate or repairs required. Allstate stupidly sent caliber an erroneous phone number, but I gave Caliber my correct number. Any notifications went to the wrong number, so I knew nothing until everything was done.
