The repair was excellent. However, proper inspection was not done before handing over the vehicle to me. Some areas that were not involved in the accident were loose and still not as when the vehicle was dropped off at Caliber for repair. Still waiting. This made me unhappy.

Delays due to bad orders or not handling the bumper properly. The fact that some of the work was not done (part hanging off near the back wheel when I was called to pick up my vehicle), and that I needed to wait further for them to get it done. Lack of many updates, I had to be the one to call in order to obtain estimated times. Confusion as it seemed like Caliber location did not put into the system that my car was dropped off. Painting was done but there is paint chipping in a couple places from putting on the bumper. Would not recommend, unfortunately.
