I realize the age of my car made it difficult to get parts. Ryan did a really good job finding new & used parts to repair my car's hood.

I was not told that the new headlight ordered had not come in until the day I drove in for my appointment on Tuesday at 9:30 am.Gerber's must have known on Monday at 5 pm that the headlight was not coming in time for my appointment. And then it took another week to get the headlight in.

I was satisfied with the results of the repairs, but their office communication is very lacking. The front office girl I believe her name is Stephanie was completely overwhelmed the three times I had contact with her. They estimated having my vehicle for 10 days to two weeks and it took three weeks, no one ever seemed to know the status of the repairs so that was a little annoying.

No need to contact me. They already know that the amount of time it took for the repairs was unacceptable. I think that Ryan did the best he could under the circumstances. I just wish a more realistic estimate of time would have been given. I would have taken it somewhere else.
