I am actually the daughter of the car owner and I was freaking out initially because I know absolutely nothing about cars. However, this car repair was super easy with the whole process and was done soon! I came them before with the car and I had a good experience as well. I will definitely be coming again.

The staff is friendly, helpful & courteous. The Premises are clean & welcoming. They made it very easy to both obtain & return my rental car. They contacted Enterprise who picked me up from the shop & took me to Enterprise to complete my paperwork. Additionally I was able to leave my rental car tthere when my car was ready. Both myself & the staff at Calibers notified Enterprise that I had returned the rental on 1/15/2025 & Enterprise picked up the car from there.

I pulled into a warm garage and went to the desk, and everything was taken care of within 30 minutes. I had a rental car there which was very helpful. Within 2 hours of dropping off my car I received a call that the car was apart and parts were ordered and when my car would be. Everyone was very helpful and nice. I picked up a clean car that was fixed. While being in an accident wasn’t ideal I met some very nice people who took a stressful situation and made it easy. Thank you.
