The windshield wipers didn’t work after I picked up the car. I think the wrong wiper arms and likely the wrong wipers are on the car. I am hoping I can stop in Monday and you can fix that. Hopefully this won’t require me to rent a car. Also I have a roadtrip on Thursday and it’s snowing now. One wiper works but that’s difficult with the snow. Please call me asap so we can fix this Monday asap. Thank you! I think someone just put the wrong wiper arms on. It definitek Is not right.

I went to Caliber Collision on South Park in Buffalo, NY many times and I can’t imagine better customer service. The waiting room is very nice and all of the employees are always professional and friendly. They always make sure everything is done perfectly for the customer and they take pride in their work. They address any questions or concerns immediately to get you back on the road quickly. I am very impressed by the customer service. This is the place to go!
