I recently had my car repaired at this shop, and unfortunately my experience afterward was very disappointing. When I picked up the vehicle, the entire interior; including the vents, seats, and dashboard; was covered in dust. It appeared that the windows or doors may have been left open during the repair process, which led to the mess inside the car. I returned and asked for the interior to be cleaned, but the staff only wiped the surface with a wet cloth and did not properly address the dust buildup. It felt more like a quick attempt to say something was done rather than a genuine effort to resolve the issue. I expected better care and attention to detail, especially after having repair work completed. I hope the shop improves its cleanup process and customer service so future customers don’t have the same experience.
