I appreciate the work performed on my vehicle, looks like new. Customer service and rental arrangements were great. However, whoever removed protective film on touch screen shouldn't have. This vehicle was serviced there once prior and film stayed on screen. I PURPOSELY left it on, and besides the main focus of work was the OUTSIDE of the vehicle not the INSIDE. If you wanna justify by saying that detail was done. There was still debris in mats in the back. Lol But overall, the repairs look awesome. Great job. Thank you Caliber😃

The staff that I met, Stephanie and Sara, were very professional. I was able to leave my car for repair one day after the estimate from Sara (I could have left it the same day but had to go to work). Frequent updates via text, including expected completion date. My car was finished almost 2 business days earlier than expected and I couldn't be happier with the results.
