The repair itself was great, however every other part of the process had hiccups. There was no rental car assigned for my repair, so I had to wait nearly 2 hours for that to get straightened out. After receiving my vehicle back there were items missing from my vehicle, the radio was misprogrammed and my storage compartments were open.

My car is completely repaired. I’m amazed at the results! Looks like it did fresh off the car lot!!
