Disrespectful of peoples time. Juan made a promise to have the car completed on a certain day. I call mid afternoon to make sure it was still on time. Was told that it would be completed by 5:30 PM. I showed up and was immediately lied to by the staff telling me the car was getting detailed in the back and would be out shortly. Told again the same bullshit. Finally requested Juan to come out of hiding. He told me that the car was still being repaired and would be 45 minutes still. Juan is an asshole, has no problem lying to customers and what really pisses me off is that he promotes a culture of having his subordinates lie as well. He is very condescending, thinks speak softly and kissing ass will make a bad situation go away. Juan should not be in a position of leadership. Bad corporate culture.

Body repairs may have been done as mentioned, however the people at Caliber Collision damaged my car battery. Car battery was having no problems whatsoever until I picked up my vehicle. Now it is completely dead. Extremely disappointed. How is it possible I bring in a car to get fixed when I get it returned even worse than before?
