I had asked them to repair the trunk of my car also and this was not done. This center had previously repaired the back end of my car when I was hit and from then my trunk never opened again and so I asked them this time to fix this and they didn’t, giving an excuse that the battery wasn’t good enough to power the lift. Additionally, the color of the bumper they replaced is a different shade of white from the rest of my car. Overall a very medium quality repair but I guess that’s what you get when you go with the repair shop the insurance companies refer you to. Live and learn!

I've gone to Caliber Collision for bodywork previously, and this is the only place I go to. They take care of your car and if there is something you're unsatisfied with, they'll work with you to handle it. Great service.

From the moment they reached out to me to schedule the car drop their communication was stellar. They communicated with the rental company to facilitate pick-up, they either called sent me texts to provide me with updates. When I picked up my car, they showed me and explained the repairs that had been made, the warranty, etc. customer service was first rate.
