The repairs were well done, but it took a while. The concern I have is that you send out a text every morning with an update. But you missed the estimated completion date. When I called and asked about that, I got no response. Odd that you would only send me updates when it wasn't important.

I am just angry that you did not let Geico handle the case. I had no liability at all in this case, and Geico should have taken care of everything. including the deductible!

The bumper that was replaced was not fully aligned with the upper bumper/frame. There is a space on the left side between the pieces where I can see the brackets. I pointed this out when I picked up the car, they took it back to adjust but it returned to the same condition a few days later. It seemed like it was rushed and incomplete.

The process in dealing with Caliber was relatively effortless and problem free. I was particularly impressed with the professionalism and attention to my repair from the estimator, Ebony Olivia.
