Not enough words to rate the level of customer service I received. The Hudson Oaks TX location was still new and had not received the green light to take State Farm claims. But the still helped me. They called another Caliber location, arranged a tow truck to deliver my car there and back and stayed late when I got stuck in traffic trying to pick up my car upon completion. Outstanding team.

I’m really glad I chose Caliber Collision off South Freeway in Burleson again—they’ve earned my trust. A few years ago (~2021), the FM 731 location couldn’t match my previous car’s white paint properly, which was disappointing. In ~2023, I went to the South Freeway location with the same car for a different claim. They listened to my past concerns and did a great job. Most recently, in January 2026, I brought my new BMW here after a rear-end hit (dent, broken bumper fasteners, and BMW-specific paint scratches). Steven O. was fantastic—kind, professional, and kept me updated via text/email with repair details and pickup ETA. The whole process was smooth, and they even helped with my Enterprise rental return. I will highly recommend this South Freeway location and will definitely return if needed (though I’m hoping to stay accident-free for a long time!).
