I really appreciate the excellent customer service I received from the Caliber Collision Team with especial thanks to Todd Shepherd. My car was done on a Friday, but I was unable to pick it up because I was stuck at work. Todd made a gracious effort to meet me the next day (Saturday), even though they are normally closed on weekends. The workmanship on the repair of my car is outstanding. The damages on the bumper were gone. I had to ask if they replaced the entire bumper and Todd said they just repaired them. Awesome!!! Thank you Caliber Collision for making my car whole again!!!
