We got off to a bumpy start. The person setting up the appointment did not get the prep work finalized with the insurance company so I ended up having to come back a second time. The estimator did a good job, and the remainder of the repair went smoothly.

I was reasonably satisfied until I discovered that some personal items, and even a piece of the interior of the car had been stolen. I realize I had to sign a waiver concerning items of "value" being stolen from my car, but there is still an expectation that even low value items and the car itself, will be safe while in your hands. I will immediately let my insurance company know about this, and my wife will most likely be cancelling her appointment to have her Lexus repaired.
