Tiny spot (smaller than a dime) on opposite side of where work was done, the bumper had rubbed. With the bumper off, I wished they had touched up that small spot.

Lost one full week because your corporate and local could not coordinate moving the vehicle one block to your facility. Got repeated completion dates that were then extended.

I am so thankful for Caliber Collision. Unfortunately, someone hit my car while it was parked and I was not in it so I was stuck with paying for everything. This was very inconvenient but Caliber Collision fixed my car quicker than expected which helped me a lot. They were also great at communicating and very friendly! I hope to not be back but know I have a trusted service if needed! Thanks!
