Awful service on vehicle, trim was missing, gave me excuses, I would have paid out of pocket for complete fix if needed, never offered. Get to work with the vehicle and get off to find door handle assembly was inoperable leaving me locked out. Sloppy work with zero verification.

This is my second time using a caliber collision location for two separate vehicles, and they are always the first that come to mind when I need my vehicles repaired! Both the Avon and the Camby location have great customer service and completed the repairs earlier than expected!

When the deer hit me, I was not sure how much damage or how long my car would be gone. Caliber was able to fix everything and although I was blown away in the cost for damages, I am thankful for insurance as caliber honored that. My vehicle it’s beautiful and back to brand new. Thanks to caliber collision in Camby! The staff are kind and they work quickly to ensure you’re not too long without a vehicle. Caliber.

Amazing customer service, communication was above and beyond. Also done an excellent job on the repair and finished the job (12/31) before projected time (1/9). Also a little surprise, my truck was spotless inside and out when I picked it up. The ladies and gents at Caliber made an aggravating, unfortunate accident very pleasant to deal with. Thank you.
