They did a great job of taking care of details and lining up a rental car for me and they did a great job of keeping me updated on the status of my car and communicating with the other person's insurance company. I did not have to do a thing. Hopefully I never need their services again but if I do, I would not hesitate to go back to Caliber in Camby, Indiana
