They siphoned my gas and stole my dream catcher that was hanging in my car. Also if you are a young adult you might wanna go somewhere else because they have no respect for it they WILL treat you like a child no matter how much respect you showing them. Just be careful taking your car here if you do i definitely recommend taking a picture of your gas gauge and empty out your car so they have nothing to steal. Not to mention they didn’t even fix everything on my car just the dents and scratches knowing my tire was damaged as well they did nothing to repair it.

My rim that was refinished does not match the manufacturer color or sheen, so now I have a mismatched rim. The tire seems to not have been balanced when it was reinstalled, and my pressure indicating valve stem cap was removed.

I would have rated Caliber a 12 of 10. Everyone I dealt was fantastic, and the work is top notch. I'm very impressed with the quality of the work. The reason I'm only giving a 5 out of 10 is because of the incessant requests to take a survey.

The customer service was amazing. Was told I would get updates Monday Wednesday and Friday and instead got updates almost daily. Everyone is dealt with was very pleasant and great to chat with!
