Frantz rocks and is the best asset to your company.. every Monday Wednesday and Friday I had a text keeping me informed.. I sell insurance and I have never had an accident until now and he is very knowledgeable and deserves much praise!!! I can’t say enough about how great he is and I loved the experience even though it was a bad situation!!! Don’t let this gentleman go!! A true asset

Caliber Collision in Camby really took care! I was so upset anything at all happened to my car in the first place. Thankfully nothing more than a side-swipe, but still had made my car look pretty beat up. Full repair was covered under the other patrons insurance and I took up my local Caliber for the job. Becky made scheduling and getting important information submitted a complete breeze and was a pleasure to work with. First inspection of the car with Frantz really set me at ease. He really knows what he is talking about and was very kind and well spoken. I felt confident they would handle it up to my expectations after speaking with Frantz and upon pickup of the vehicle I was proven correct. Not only was it available eight days early, but the team did an absolutely amazing job getting the body panels refinished. They even went above and beyond to disassemble exactly everything that needed to be in order to give a great finish and it is more than that, the 11 year old car is looking new! Also backed by a lifetime warranty this service was outstanding!

John was very professional, great communication and showed integrity throughout the entire process. He explained every step in great detail and made sure I had a full understanding of what was happening and why. I felt comfortable with my initial call from Becky helping arrange tow drop off, until the very end of the process, including getting my appropriate documents when the repair was final and complete. My vehicle repairs were perfect and my vehicle was delivered to me clean and ready to drive home. All though I don’t want to go thru this again, your team in Camby was very helpful and took pride in the process. Thank you.
