The customer service was amazing. Was told I would get updates Monday Wednesday and Friday and instead got updates almost daily. Everyone is dealt with was very pleasant and great to chat with!

I was told i would be texted with an update on monday, wednesday and friday. I never got 1 text or call with an update. I finally got a call that my car was done 3 days after it was done. Apparently someone wrote my number down wrong and they could get ahold of me with the wrong number. Bad customer service!!

The result was fine. 12 days to replace a bumper and hitch is excessive. I also got mixed messages from different people as to what would be replaced, and when. Everything works and looks good and I finally have the truck back. The initial estimate was two days which is reasonable. 12 days is a bit much for the work that was done. The truck was worked on after it was cleaned, and the drivers inside door pull has grease smudges that I’ll clean. I’m just glad to finally have it back.

I would recommend it but tell them that if caliber does anything with their tires or hubcaps, to make sure they check them before driving off. I wouldn't want caliber to touch my tires more than is necessary.

The repair quality was good and I appreciated them cleaning my car. Everyone is nice. When I drove my car home after picking it up the hubcap that they replaced flew off of my car. I called and told them that it was not there and I asked if they had put the lugnuts on over the hubcap and the man on the phone said not. I told him for my vehicle the lugnuts need to be placed over the hubcap. I ended up finding the hubcap and I asked for them to put it on. I also mentioned that I thought maybe the holes were bigger on that hubcap but they ended up being the same size. The hubcap just looked different because it was new. Instead of trying to put the hubcap on, the man looked at it and said that it would fly off if he did and that I needed the proper lugnuts. He also said that my rear lugnuts are different which is why the hubcap was held on in the back. I tried to tell him that they were the same but he said they weren't. I know all my lugnuts are the same because I put most of them on there myself. I ended up second guessing myself and buying new lugnuts. I then went back to caliber to get my hubcap and I went home and used the spare tire changing jack and lugnut wrench from the back of my car to manually put the hubcap on myself. The hubcap ended up working with my old lugnuts and I returned the new ones I had bought. I am dissapointed that my hubcap flew off and I also do not appreciate being mansplained my hubcap and lugnuts when he didnt know how to put it on in the first place. It also bewilders me how someone thought that when they clipped the hubcap on that it was secure. There are 4 small strategically placed clips that hold the hubcap onto the rim enough for you not to have to hold it while putting the lugnuts on. However, it is not a strong enough hold for the hubcap to stay on while driving. I would have rather someone just text or call me and ask me how to put my hubcap on rather than to have had to deal with all of this.

As mentioned previously my hubcap flew off and I was mansplained about my lugnuts and hubcap by someone who did not know how to put the hubcap on in the first place. I also know that my lugnuts are the same on all tires and that they are the correct lugnuts for my vehicle. They are just not the Ford manufacturer lugnuts.
