Columbus Caliber sent it to Camby Caliber and it came back with no working headlights and the fender was not connected to the body at the door properly so Columbus had to fix both problems.

Lizzie at Columbus is wonderful. She went out of her way to try to make up for the poor service we got at Camby. Camby did not even communicate anything with me for a week then gave me WRONG information about pick up time for my car causing me to make extra trips to Columbus.

Becky was great and informative. Franz was wonderful and very customer friendly. Camby shop got me right in for repairs and kept me updated and I got my car back one day early. Couldn’t be more pleased!

Franz and his co worker were incredibly helpful. They were both professional, friendly, and easy to work with. Our Volkswagen looks phenomenal inside and out. They cleaned up our mats and inside of the vehicle. The engine looks clean and well done. Our aftermarket bumper looks perfect and you'd never know it was swapped out. They both did very clean, professional work and it was wonderful using caliber collision for our auto repair. Becky was also very friendly, patient and pleasant. She was great at her job. We would definitely recommend Caliber and will absolutely use your establishment in the future!

Almost 3 weeks after picking up my car. There was a right rear reflector still missing. I was able to order it myself and have it here in 3 days. Kinda git the run around about this missing part. So how in the world was I able to find it and have it within 3 days and your company is going on 3 weeks. No need to worry about the part anymore. I did your job.
