Again....I don't really care if it was going to take 6 or 14 days. But dont over promise and under deliver. Don't play with words to close the deal and then tell me I misunderstood. Gaslighting is never professional.

I think there was a disconnect between "painting" and "refinishing". This terminology seems to be interchangeable for them, but not for the lay person. We were expecting the entire bumper to be repainted, however, they ended up repainting only a small section and clear coating the entire bumper. It still looks okay, but we certainly did not care for, what seemed to be, bait and switch.

Once again......quoted no more than a four day job. May even get done in two. Then told 14 days,....then it was actually six days.

In addition to my truck being repaired, who ever vacuumed and cleaned the inside did a fantastic job.
