Caliber was supposed to drive my car to the Mercedes’ dealership to finish the repair with calibration but instead they told me it was done and released the car to me, now my insurance is telling me the ticket is closed so they won’t cover the calibration that needs to happen.

From beginning to finish the service was great. Was welcomed and was told step by step in the process along the way. My only suggestion is to be able to have more informational on when your car should arrive if it was sent out to another location. Have the ability to track it. But overall very pleased
