Great experience as my truck was being repaired. I worked with Erica and she was great. She would text me updates on the repairs and I never had to call in for updates. This is not always the case with repair shops, mechanics or really most business’ these days. Great experience and my truck looks great!

Very satisfied. I worked mostly with Erica and she was great. She provided regular updates and I was never left in the dark on the status of my repairs. The communication and updates were a great experience that I typically have never gotten from other repair shops, mechanics or most service providers. My truck looks great. The repairs were made properly and the customer service was great. Thanks!

A very professional experience with getting a vehicle repair. They were very good about sending updates through text messages, but at times the messages lacked proper spacing between words or punctuation. A simple change could improve the credibility of the update message.

The repair process was made very simple and handled very professionally. The only advise to improve the experience would be to keep an eye on the spacing between words and punctuation in the update text messages to keep the structure more professional and appear less rushed in typing. Overall a very satisfied experience.

The body repair was done perfectly; however I expected my car to be good as new when they repaired the mechanical issues but they were not. To honest the car drive worst than it did before I got in the accident
