Ray and the rest of the crew did an excellent job at fixing my Honda’s front bumper damage. One thing I really appreciated was the timely updates throughout the process + they were able to get it done ahead of the estimate! Great service and I would highly recommend this location to others!

Given the near totaled condition of my car they did an excellent repair. The lack of communication and hood color are the reason for the lower ratings.

My new bumper cover looks great and is properly attached. The rental car was great and getting picked up to get the car was convenient

The only critique I have is that I was told the rental car would be waiting for me when I came to drop off my car. I had to wait for the rental car to come and the driver to take me to the rental facility. But that was no problem

The quality of the repair was excellent, as was the service, especially from Bill. Unfortunately, this was a second repair. When I went to pick up the car from a first repair, it was parked near a large boulder that protrudes from the landscaping. The car was backed in for a forward exit, but this meant that the boulder was not visible (below the passenger side window). As I exited and turned it damaged the door and I had to do this repair. The spot has been subsequently flagged with a pole and I was told too late any one should drive straight 2 car lengths forward to miss the protruding boulder. Cars should never be parked there at least I a forward position.
